For orders within the US please add USD 6.00 for the first book, and USD 1.00 for each additional book ordered.

For orders to Canada or Mexico please add USD 8.00 for the first book, and USD 2.00 for each additional book.

Canadian residents must add 5% GST (CBN: 13131 6846 RT).

Orders from the Book Trade

Transportation/handling charges: All prices are f.o.b. Herndon, VA. Orders will be shipped with a postage charge.

Terms: Net 30 DAYS. All prices subject to change without notice.

Returns: Defective or damaged books are accepted for return if sent back within one month. All other returns are with written permission only. Request for permission must include invoice number. Credit balances are refundable on request. Period of eligibility for return: Up to 12 months. Delivery address for returns:
