This paper is an overview of negation in Finnish structured according to the Uralic Negation questionnaire. The main topics are clausal standard negation with a person-inflected auxiliary, morphologically expressed negation in non-finite constructions, the discourse function of different ordering options in negative sentences, and negative polarity phenomena including the use of partitive case under negation.
