Summary
At first, we present semantic grups compiled in the Spanish compound adverbs dictionary. We propose four types of semantic groups : variants, series of (para)synonyms, open adverbs and adverbs organised by lexical functions.
Then, we discuss the possibility of using compound adverbs to caracterise semantic classes of verbs in Spanish.
Finally, we study some properties of the structures formed by a verb and adverb related or the relationship with structures formed by a predicative noun and adjective.
