Abstract/Résumé
Which are the factors that allow the most adequate training of translators? In other words, a training which satisfies market needs. This presupposes to know about these needs which are in permanent change.
Students have to be trained in Quality, Flexibility and Efficiency. This requires evaluation instruments- especially for formative evaluation. We wish to offer some examples of such instruments and ask the somewhat delicate question of the competence of the trainers
