Abstract/Résumé
Il existe actuellement un grand nombre de formations à l’interprétation de conférence. Seules seront examinées ici celles dont les enseignants sont des interprètes en exercice et dont la plupart des diplômés accèdent à la profession. Il s’agit pour la plupart de formations de troisième cycle d’une durée d’un ou de deux ans. Pour des raisons administratives, toutes les formations ne peuvent imposer des tests d’aptitude, même si l’importance d’une sélection initiale est très largement admise par les milieux professionnels. L’article passe en revue les épreuves utilisées lors des examens d’entrée et envisage certaines améliorations. L’article présente également un sondage récent qui compare les notes obtenues à l’examen d’admssion à l’ESIT et les résultats en cours de formation..
