Consider the following nine questions (7.1 through 7.9) and give your comments.

Lay-out. For questions 7.1 through 7.6: the options are presented very close to each other. This is bound to cause problems when interpreting the responses. Also, it is recommended to use one lay-out for all questions. Now we see a five-point scale and a multiple choice question with four options.
Order. Some of the questions concern the moments before, some during, and some after the concert. It is better to order the questions that way. The order of the options in 7.6 through 7.9 is confusing.
Ambiguity.It may be confusing that options 2 and 4 are not defined.
