A tradução jurídica é um tipo de tradução especializada ou técnica (technical translation), que envolve linguagem das leis e de processos jurídicos ou linguagem relacionada com os mesmos. É uma atividade tradutória que se dedica à tradução de textos jurídicos de uma Língua de Partida (LP) para uma Língua de Chegada (LC).
