Table of contents

On December 13 and 14, 1993, the Délégation générale à la langue française and the Union latine, an organization active in promoting the identity heritage of the Latin world, established a working group with the goal of creating a Pan-Latin terminology commission. During the inaugural meeting held in Paris, this project was formally launched under the title of the Pan-Latin Terminology Network (REALITER), with official names in the Network’s languages: Xarxa Panllatina de Terminologia (Catalan), Réseau Panlatin de Terminologie (French), Rede Panlatina de Terminoloxía (Galician), Rete Panlatina di Terminologia (Italian), Rede Panlatina de Terminologia (Portuguese), Reteaua Panlatina de Terminologie (Romanian), and Red Panlatina de Terminología (Spanish).
